Proposed Ideas for 2020-2021
- District will stay financially solvent as measured by Solvency Ratio Goal of 5% - 10% and unspent balance of $800,000-$900,000.
- Review PK-12 Curriculum (textbooks, technology, etc.) to implement identified areas that need updates for the 2019-2021 school year.
- Will network with other school districts to investigate possible educational and sharing opportunities that would be beneficial. (Focus on WC, however, continue conversation with other surrounding districts such as: Wapsie, Dunkerton, Sumner, Waverly, Nashua, and Denver.
- Maintaining the long-term facility plan that will include analyzing capital projects and taking into account cost savings to the general fund.
- Work with the Tripoli School Board to find the next superintendent (2021).
- Work and support administrative staff to help them reach their goals in Behavior, Culture, and Academic areas.
- Advocate for the Tripoli School District by promoting the accomplishments of the Tripoli Panthers. (Communication).
